I used to be able to specify how many and a dollar amount associated with this bid item. The markup would automatically be figured into this and display the price above. This just creates a lot more work for me as we have bids from our subs that we would like to add to the estimate but cannot because the line item is zero no matter what I enter. This worked fine until about a month ago. I’ve tried logging in to app support but the website says I’m not a valid user. Great app otherwise.","version":"1.28","date":"2021-01-26T00:00:00Z","rating":3,"app_id":1445452493,"username":"Happyrobotdancr","title":"Issues with bid item line items","country":"US","tags":["monetization"],"review_id":6916168167},{"content":"I had no problem adding this app to my tablet and it opens when I entered my login and password every time. \nXRGO gives me the ability to create estimates onsite rather than hours or even days after my initial visit. If you are writing estimates AND managing projects then time is not always your friend. The mobile version allows me to write estimates sitting in my truck at a job site rather than losing time driving back to the office to work on my laptop. I am writing change orders onsite and selling the additional work immediately. Customers want cost answers quickly and when you can provide them with that information you will sell more work. The line item search works better for more than the laptop version. \nThe program is easy to navigate and operate especially for a non techno user like me. I would like to see some more features including autorotate, sketch and perhaps incorporate Geomni for roof estimates. Adding additional reports such as Final Draft and Components would give me the information I need to manage the job budgets. \nI would recommend this program to anyone currently using the desktop version of XR as a powerful addition to your estimating toolbox. I feel confident XRGO will provide even more estimating features in the future.","version":"1.2","date":"2019-06-21T00:00:00Z","rating":5,"app_id":1445452493,"username":"Maitland_Bldr","title":"Awesome New Estimating Tool","country":"US","tags":["cross_platform_consistency","feature_requests","login","updates_and_maintenance"],"review_id":4345749646},{"content":"So I have been apart of this program when it was in it’s bata program. I have went through all the different ups and downs with this program. The online platform in the beginning wasn’t all that great. The app was better but had limitations. Seamed like most of the problems where being handled effectively. For several months now I have been told they are working on the issue about adding a header or footer to the proposal. I was told you have to go online to add them. When doing so I use safari and found it was not working well. Requested a solution for this problem and was told the app doesn’t support safari. Had to use other platforms I don’t have or use on my tablets. Next problem that came this last update is Now the app will not stay in landscape layout. This is a problem when using a tablet with a key pad. Asked about this new problem and they said it was never intended to be in landscape layout from the beginning. I told the representative why would you not have it in landscape layout. I now can’t use my key pad to add the note I like to add to the line items. She said use the online platform or get a blue tooth keypad. Well I’m now looking for a new program. \nDon’t waste you time find a different program.","version":"2.16","date":"2023-12-13T00:00:00Z","rating":1,"app_id":1445452493,"username":"1st Response
