When using a nuke on Hawaii, I consistently got around 3.9 million causalities as an estimate. The current population of Hawaii is only about 1.5 million. I’m not sure if the app is trying to take into account tourists, but I don’t believe there is almost 4 million people on there main island of Hawaii at one time.
