Even at the branch (uBank City Walk) they were not able to make it work and the very nice lady was as frustrated as I am. With a new emirates ID, residency visa, and all needed papers, unable to open a simple account. Everything is done to switch customers to the classic ACDB process : beying called by an agent, 3 biz days, paperwork, etc etc. This is not digital banking.
