Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. This caused them unnecessary travel, waiting time, and disappointment. It also made me feel like I was giving them false information.\n\nWho is responsible for the time and inconvenience they faced?\n\nIf your service cannot deliver transfers within 5 minutes, please do not advertise it that way.
