The service has been nothing short of awful, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. Every time I try to contact the FAB customer helpline, I am left waiting for more than 30 minutes—every single time—without getting through to a representative. It&#39;s not a one-time issue; it’s consistent and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, I’ve sent multiple emails to their “At Your Service” email address and have never received any response. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of respect for customers. To make matters worse, I paid the annual fee for my credit card upfront when I first got it. However, after six months, I was shocked to see that they charged me again, along with some unexplained finance charges. This is unacceptable and feels like I am being scammed. I even took the time to visit a branch in person, hoping to resolve this, only to be told that they cannot help with credit card issues and that I must call the helpline—the same helpline that never answers! The staff at the branch were disrespectful and showing zero interest in helping me. Their attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for FAB. Even though when you contact them, its said to wait 8 minutes, always I have waited for more than 30 minutes if I get connected. Usually it wont get connected to the person either. The charges on the card are unexplainable and service team also is ignorant of the charges. They just deduct so many charges without any explanation or calculations. I took the card because they offered easy payment plan with no interest. But in my case every month they used to deduct atleast a minimum of AED500 in average as finance charges. I took an amount of AED17,000 in August 2024 under EPP (0% interest) and I had to pay back around AED34,000 including all the deductions and charges and the principal amount within 10 months. I closed the card within 10 months due to these exorbitant charges even though the EPP was for 12 months. And when I inquired about the charges, nobody gave a response or answer.\nVery bad experience. Never will I recommend to anyone. I am happy with my other bank card and its benefits. Even a few of their customer service representatives were very rude and impolite to me while I inquired about all this and they just cut the line and went
