And drop of and pick up is another part that they can be late or early but it’s always customer’s fault never the driver. And they supposed to charge customers $3 or $1.5 doesn’t matter cash or card should be no surcharge but they do. I have a list of driver who did that but again DRT said that’s translink’s problem and translink said you need to talk to DRT. And if you need to talk to a customer service sorry they only work Monday to Wednesday 9am-1pm how convenient. And if you report a fault again it’s never their fault is always customer. Since last week I pre book my trip for the rest of three week and fused what the app decided to quit so all my record of booking is gone. But when I called DRT they said oh your record is all there so we still got your booking. But next day I didn’t get the confirmation call none message either. And I book for drop of at 7:30 (and it’s 30mins window) guess what my pick up time?6:55 and it’s a short trip it took like 5 mins so that mean I have to seat in the cold wait for 7:30 to start walk in to my work?!
