I utilize a variety of wallets to participate in an assortment of Web3 platforms. If other wallets weren’t required, I would only use OKX. I don’t have to open OKX prior to connecting, like other wallets, to preset anything, I just click & go. I just wish the exchange was accessible in the US. There are too many location restrictions associated with residing in the USA regarding crypto. The SEC needs to take a chill pill! However, in the past two days, I discovered that OKEx has actually frozen the withdrawal function on my account. When I click on "withdraw," it says it’s blocked due to platform risk control. There was no prior notification or email before this happened. When I contacted customer support, I was told it was due to triggering their risk control, and now I have to wait for their review. I asked what the specific reason was, but the customer service representative said they didn't know. I also asked how long the process would take, as it’s unreasonable for me to wait indefinitely. Again, they said they didn't know. I was very dissatisfied with the service, and when I requested to file a complaint, the representative told me they had the highest level of authority to handle this issue and that I would just have to wait, with no other options. As for complaining about the customer service itself, they said it would be handled internally, but they wouldn’t notify or inform customers about the outcome. If OKEx had originally posted a notice on their platform stating that they could freeze customer accounts without any conditions, I wouldn’t have chosen to use it. But they didn't notify me, and they can arbitrarily freeze customer accounts, while their customer service treats a legitimate issue with such an attitude, which I find unacceptable. Is OKEx about to go bankrupt? Could this be their final attempt to grab as much as they can?
