Instead of complaining ask if you need help cause the wonderful staff helped me delete and install the apps and walked me thru all my questions.\n1. The font is huge cause your phone settings are probably set larger so your apps will have larger fonts (not the apps fault)!\n2. Knowing if it’s credit/debit is extremely important for some of us customers especially when we have card limits and need to know if our transactions or Visa or debit\n3. The numeric password is still an option so you should ask for assistance if you need that\nLove how people lash out over a simple change - I’m excited for the new features that the customer rep adv me - being able to transfer to 3rd party accounts is something I’ve been waiting for. The Face ID does not work any longer. At first I thought it was my devices since I called and technical couldn’t fix the problem and it seemed to be isolated. I have since downloaded this on so many devices. I’ve tried the passcode option which actually had me locked out of the app on the first attempt. I’ve called again to to get someone who hates her job bark at me and clearly knows about the problem. So after months now they still haven’t fixed this issue. After years of it working and now doesn’t. Not on the old not on the new. Now I just upgraded my phone thinking hmm maybe it’s a new phone thing. I know crazy. However I use this app all the time and it’s so annoying to constantly put my info in. It always says sorry can’t get in right now with your face. Then I have to put all my info in a million times over. If it was any other app but this one maybe I wouldn’t be so obsessive over it but I literally use this ALL the time. So how hard is it to fix it. I’ve tried deleting it from my cloud. I’ve tried installing it on old devices you name it I’ve tried it. It’s there problem. My daughter and I both applied for a secured card back on August. Jayshree handled it and said we’d hear in ten days. It was closer to a month and we were both denied. Upon consulting Jayshree about it, she assured me to get to the bottom and get back in a few days. Never heard back from her. Called her again. Well she did call back. She had been on vacation and would check into it right away. Another few weeks went by. This time she had been working in another branch but now she was back. And she would really, really find out and get back in 3 days. (I should have stopped there, right? No , I gave her another chance.) Nearly 3 weeks later I contacted her again and this time she had two deaths in the family. But assured me she had talked to someone who said my debt to income ratio was too much. ( which was what I knew in the first place and was questioning why if I was putting up $1000 would it matter.) She was going to call her associate ( this was a Thursday night) and get back to me on Monday. Never happened. Not surprised but upset with myself for trying to give her the benefit of the doubt for so long.
