First it doesn’t support Face ID so I have to manually login in everytime I open the app which is annoying by especially when you’re getting a notification about a job you’re wanted to apply for but it takes so long to login that when you finally get into the app there’s already 5-10 applications to said job making your chances of getting the job unlike successful. \n\nLately it has been logging me out every time I close the app and when opening it it tells me “access denied” but then I enter my login and I’m in🤷🏻‍♀️\n\nAnother thing is the billing/invoices tab. Support workers should be able to have access to edit and or delete/cancel invoices after they’ve been submitted  and/or sent for payment. Because we are human and sometimes mistakes happen and need to amend an invoice but can’t unless Mable does it from their end manually which if it’s during the weekend no one is able to help you until Mon because they don’t work in the weekend. \n\nWould be nice for these to be considered for a better app experience moving forward for users. Often does not load, in fact, it has not loaded since the recent ‘update’. The app also denies me access to messages for no reason, and does not inform me of all messages. All messages have to accessed via the webpage. Payments have been withheld for excessive times, taking up to two weeks for a payments to be processed (which was only processed after a complaint to rude ‘help’ desk team). There is a number that does not work when it is called and directs your or the live chat, then when using the live chat you are greeted by the rudest and most arrogant people you could ever communicate with. On another occasion my client had been overcharged (a mistake on Mable’s behalf, after an hour of unnecessary back-and-forth with live chat team they called my client and harassed them on the phone). The app just cashes for no reason. None of my clients like the app, it is frustrating for them to use, unless a third-party does it for them. For whatever reason the calendar doesn’t display all of my appointments, despite a service agreement being in place with easy to follow dates. Important information, such as how to charge a cancellation fee is nowhere to be found (the prices for this should not be adding service notes, there was no service provided so this is misleading, this should have a seperate process for billing’s for clarity. We all offer feedback as to APP issues and potential fixes, all these issues would result in Mable making more money but issues are still ignored. \nParticipants and workers use the app on their phone 95% of the time but ongoing issues are ignored = money lost \nWhen using the app on their phone participants cannot reach Mable, no chat, message, email, phone support when using app on the phone. This should be a priority Duty of Care for Mable. \nIf we are abused, hurt by, stolen from or harassed by Mable applicants for positions there is nothing we can do via the app. You have to exit, google their number and hope you get through. Not good enough since we pay so much to use their platform. \nThe 5 lucky button smashers who you are lucky enough to get to reply to a last minute job is horrendous and looses Mable so much money it’s ridiculous, why Mable doesn’t listen to us and change this is a wonder. The app allows the 1st five applicants ONLY to choose from. Problem is when those who apply are not qualified for your needs, eg no first aide. Male when female only is needed. Then applicants can cancel because they get other work after being given the last minute job by you, so you are left without support. This App is a lifeline to people w a disability and it really needs a huge overhaul to keep us safe. Please please Mable fix this App and use PWD as trials to ensure its features work for those it’s supposed to help, and you make Money from.
