When I attempted to log in on my second device, the app required me to go through the full registration process again, despite already having an active and verified account.\n\nDuring the process, I was able to scan the front of my ID without any issues. However, scanning the back of the ID became extremely problematic due to persistent background and lighting errors. I spent over 30 minutes attempting to scan it under various lighting conditions and backgrounds, but the app repeatedly failed to accept the image.\n\nAlthough the app offers an option to upload an image of the ID and describe the issue, it still did not proceed with the registration. This was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.\n\nI strongly recommend that the app allow users to directly upload clear photos of their IDs as an alternative to scanning.
