The app is a good idea but given that it’s Portugal, appointment times are frequently months away and the app could use a little more robustness around doctor choices and locations. Sometimes your choices are not allowed on subsequent screens, even though it appeared you were allowed the choice on the previous prompt. On the plus side, English is an option and works but running a whole family has been challenging for two parents trying to navigate the same account on two different phones. When you use the ‘chat’ feature, the response is measured in days. Don’t expect a Kaiser Permanente or similar North American experience here.
