It fetches and displays notifications reliably.  It displays the correct time as long as it&#39;s synced with the phone. I can be up for 3 hours in the morning before i bother to check my watch and it will say i just woke up. I had an unhealthy amount of coffee this morning. Between that and running around a bit it&#39;s registering 155bpm heart rate...but it registered that all as light sleep. It explains everything in English, someone said the instructions were in another language but that’s not true, the watch comes with a pamphlet, one side is English and even online you can see the instructions , step by step. If you are having issues I would recommend for you to either watch a tutorial or read instructions step by step accordingly. If you can’t record sleep mode it might be because you are wearing the watch loosely and it keeps moving. \nYou don’t have to have your phone with you in order to track your steps however you must sync the info if you want to see it. It’s constantly unsyncing while I sleep, if I get too far from my phone which defeats why I even got the watch. The find my phone feature only works if the app is minimized in the background running down your phone battery. It doesn’t accurately track my steps nor does it sync properly with my apple health app either. All in all I’m glad I paid the sale price for this watch instead of full price, which full price was almost $200. Some of the settings have overlap in the explanations making it hard to read what’s there. The weather is ALWAYS inaccurate, it’s always showing my city up top but it displays a temp that’s at least 20 degrees colder than what it really is outside. I have to reset my phone every morning and multiple times a day just for the app to accurately sync to what the weather actually is for my area. Just a big headache and close to a waste of money. Would have returned the watch if I had paid full price for it, but for something I only paid about $30 for after shipping was included I guess you get what you pay
