It fetches and displays notifications reliably.  It displays the correct time as long as it&#39;s synced with the phone. The sports tracking, heart rate tracking, blood oxygen tracking, stress tracking, sleep tracking...I&#39;m not convinced they&#39;re very accurate. I can be up for 3 hours in the morning before i bother to check my watch and it will say i just woke up. I had an unhealthy amount of coffee this morning. Between that and running around a bit it&#39;s registering 155bpm heart rate...but it registered that all as light sleep. Maybe it&#39;s monitoring my brain activity cuz it&#39;s sure not limiting sleep to the time I&#39;m spending in bed!!!\n\nStill though... for $20...i really have no complaints. \n\nI wear it constantly. It explains everything in English, someone said the instructions were in another language but that’s not true, the watch comes with a pamphlet, one side is English and even online you can see the instructions , step by step. If you are having issues I would recommend for you to either watch a tutorial or read instructions step by step accordingly. If you can’t record sleep mode it might be because you are wearing the watch loosely and it keeps moving. \nYou don’t have to have your phone with you in order to track your steps however you must sync the info if you want to see it. One major complaint is answering phone calls via the watch. It seems to be hit or miss. Could be a range thing, but I have yet to find a pattern. Getting Apple Music to work is always a gamble. Works when it wants to. As far as monitoring, I compared the data from it to the data from my Apple Watch, and they are nearly identical. The only thing that was off was the steps. This app reports quite a few more steps than my Apple Watch. It’s usually around 20% higher in this app than Apple’s app. Sleep monitoring is always super accurate, with the difference being less than a few minutes. For the price of the watch, this is a great alternative to the more expensive ones. So if you wanna save some money and still get relatively accurate reports and don’t mind a couple minor bugs, you can’t go wrong with this
