Once you log out of the app there is a log out pop up that gives you the option to either provide a feedback or skip. But now there is a back button, and if you land on the feedback page but do not provide feedback you are still logged in. A user with little experience will struggle at navigating through the app. Payments especially done through the UPI payment method is very unreliable with frequent errors that include : technical server issues (contact the support) and app crashes during UPI payment process. The app is overall very unreliable and requires very robust skills from the user to keep changing profile passwords and other such details through the app without need of consideration for the understanding of the users consent on their requirements for changing the password. The app is filled with too many variables where simplifying only requires an app for other interfaces such as shopping through debit card points or so. Any payment made does not complete without a technical server issue or other problems with app crashes which would cause you to stand at a billing counter for more than anticipated time causing major inconvenience to you (the user), the other party and the subsequent customers at the till. The app is very unreliable for payment gateway. With the new update today, the app works well on my iphone 14 pro max. Able to use top row buttons (back, logout). 1. More feature requests - please add face id login in addition to mPin login as an option. I went in the settings and enabled biometric. But still it asks for mpin to login for full viewing of my account , deposits, loans, transfers etc. currently my face id is used for viewing balance (below login) and viewing transactions and other options below like scan and pay etc. but main login doesnt use face id. It only asks for mpin. Please look into this. 2. I noticed same UI issue with the options available below - Pay to Contact and Pay to Bank A/C. The UI is pushed upwards on the screen because of which the back button overlaps with dynamic island and doesnt function. Have to close the app and restart.
