However, I constantly have arguments with their help desk as they transfer funds back to your bank as a “refund” which is going to flag your bank with any open banking you do for mortgages, loans and it will show as adverse credit on a credit check - The reason being the refund is usually a very different amount to what went to them, which will trigger any hard search. They stipulate that they MUST refund the card you deposited funds with or the last card used if there’s multiple transactions, but on a number of times, they have not done this and even transferred to a card that failed to deposit.\n\nThey also ask you to prove cards you use to deposit multiple times. I was recently asked to prove an account I’ve already validated a long time ago and haven’t used for 2 years. Decided to invest 7,5k on Aston Martin. The price was going down until I woke up one day having many notifications that my positions were closed because reached 50%. I opened the application and it was showing me that from 0,63 went to 0,33 only for one minute time! In the beginning I got sad because I lost 7,5k until I decided to check on other platforms if this 0,33 price was in real! I checked on London Stock exchange, yahoo finance and few other platforms and realised that Aston Mastin NEVER reached the price of 0,33! So my positions were automatically closed without reason and if I haven’t noticed that I would lose 7,5k. When I saw it I starting emailing with the platform... They were answering straight away and they said to me that their chart doesn’t match with the real market and they will return me a part of my money! when I emailed them asking my money back because it was their fault and not mine and my positions would be still there if they wouldn’t have “technical problems”.... no answer have received! Like they don’t care! So what? Did I lose my money? I am writing all of this, as I said to them on the email, not because I want to hurt the platform but I want to warn you guys where to invest your money!
