I knew this scale/app was glitchy. Getting a new scale ☹️.  I had to reset my phone. When I logged into the app, I could see my profile but it was greyed out and couldn’t select it. Years worth of history gone. To make matters worse. The info I exported last year is in kg.\n\n\nI’ve had this scale since 2018 and it might be time to just invest in a new one. The scale works but the graphs are off. If I tap muscle mass, I get bone mass. Body water does allow me to tap and see details at all. If I add the heart rate measurement to my options, I can’t tap it to see more detail but I can see muscle mass. Sometimes I can’t access some graphs at all. I experienced some of these issues straight out of the box before I read the instructions. There are two tricky parts about the scale, the scale is designed to go to sleep after a minute or two. You have to get off the scale and get back on it to make it come back on. Once I learned this, the syncing was effortless. Actually, it was easier compared to some other Bluetooth devices. The second biggest issue is that you need to be barefooted to get the full functions of the scale. It has technology to do way more than just read your weight, but it also follows body mass, body water, etc. I give it 5 stars but I’ve only been using it correctly for a couple of days. I almost didn’t purchase from being persuaded by all the bad reviews. I tried uploading photos already on my phone, then took a brand-new picture of my face, and every single attempt failed with a “connection error.” Multiple tries. Multiple photos. Same result.\n\nWhy is uploading a photo even mandatory? I wasn’t prepared or interested in adding a picture — I just want to use the scale. Instead, I’m completely blocked from accessing the app and using the Bluetooth features I paid for.\n\nThis app is terrible. Poorly designed, buggy, and unnecessarily complicated. The scale is basically useless if the app doesn’t work. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.
