So I try searching “The Petz Kitchen,” and scroll thru all that comes up, (@ 50 items) but it’s still not there. Then I realize it’s because it changed my search to “pet kitchen.” So in order to find what I need, I then have to go into the filters, choose that brand ….et voila! Now I have over 100 items in that brand. Today, they cancelled my order and their reasoning was that they could not confirm because I didn't answer an email. I understand they sent an email but again, I called 2 days ago and was told everything was fine. I now have to drive an hour to the closest pet store to pickup the food I need. When I called 2 days ago I feel like I should have been informed that I still needed to confirm more despite calling. I did order something else in between and it came fast so just make sure you always double check. My vet recommended them but from now on I won't be ordering anything prescription through
