It doesn’t work on my iPhone. It doesn’t work on my iPad even when I log into my account on the computer on a browser I am not able to click on the watch now feature nothing works.\nI’ve called Directv dozens of times I’ve spoken to technicians. I’ve taken my devices into the AT&amp;T store like they’ve suggested and no one knows anything. It’s just no longer works. You cannot log into it. I’ve changed my password many times I’ve uninstall the app. I’ve reinstall the app. I’ve cleared everything out of my iPhone and my iPad and still it hasn’t worked in three months.\nSo I don’t trust Directv when it’s time to get rid of the satellite service, which is soon because currently I’m on a two year deal once that ends I am leaving Directv  for ever. \nI was a former prime star customer when Directv merged with them in 1999 I became a Directv customer ever since AT&amp;T purchased Directv their service has been going downhill. But they continue. It has all the features we want and is our primary source of TV watching. But, quite literally, 90% of the time there is some random bug when we turn it on. Usually, in some way, it freezes and we have to reboot AppleTV to get it to work. Sometimes we start it and we have to go through a logon and select a profile, even thought we only have one profile. Sometimes it is frozen and we just hit buttons until it asked to select a profile again, then it works. This has been the situation for many months. And, as the web site suggests, we deleted the app and reloaded. Worked fine the first time and then the whole thing started all over again.\nA few months after I wrote the review, bugs are worse.\n**After I wrote the last sentence I got a message from DirecTV with a link. The link took me to their support page. I don’t need support. I need the bugs fixed. I am tired of deleting the app and then reloading it. And now the bugs and freeze-ups are worse than ever. We also have most streaming apps. None of them have these problems.\n**Once again my comments got a response from DirecTV to go to their support site. There is no option there to deal with the freezing-up issue or a way to contact them.\n**They did it again. Sent me to a useless help site. I guess they think by looking at that their bugs will be magically fixed. However, I am disappointed with the bugs and lack of urgency to fix, especially after the many price increases in less than two years of signing up.  I signed up for $10 a month less than two years ago and in that short time frame the price has more than doubled while not adding to the package or the quality of service.  When using from a smart tv or streaming phone to Apple TV it consistently doesn’t load, content is unavailable, the sound will not match up, the sound won’t work, and many many more bugs needing to be fixed.  At first I thought it might be my WiFi connection, but when testing if these issues were replicated when using competitors (i.e. Netflix- when comparing performance quality of OnDemand shows and movies) there were no issues at all.  When the price of competitors is substantially lower it is very frustrating when this doesn’t perform.  I expect more from a big company like ATT/Direct TV, especially when they clearly have the funds to hire on the tech talent needed to make this technology function at least up to its competitors with a lower price tag.  I’ve been trying to have patience and held hope this would improve after the Aquisition and union of two major companies settled with some time, but with the price increases it just isn’t worth it
