As far as I am concerned I find this app one of best on the market if not the best one, not only in PL. I find it agile, easy to use, quick to learn and pretty intuitive to change between different layers of the banking activities.  I have been using, and still I am a few other bank’s applications, due to nature of my job. To name a few ING BE – if you compare to ING PL this is a way to go to cut it short and it is connected most probably with overall BE’s markets and its banking system limitations which remembers end of 80s or beg. of 90s. Nevertheless Kudos to PL developers – lead by example. ABN NL version or Raiffeisen CZ have same limitations as ING BE. All of them comparing to ING PL is a different customer experience with a huge advantage towards it. If I may suggest two tips -  I would move “Limit Changes” a bit up or easier to get to, now it sits in “Personal Profile” under “Settings” and then “Limit” Changes like BLIK or daily transaction limit for cards or daily transfers – a subjective change yet useful ( maybe it is possible to customize access to it but I have not found it yet ). 2nd one I would consider to add more digits combination for Personal PIN than just 4# - increases safety, not saying it is not safe, yet more combination leverages it up. For example l transfer my ING account 10 PLN and it is visible in history section but it is not visible in my account section. Similar case with when l do payment. I can see in the history but it is not reflecting to my account. Sometimes l needed to wait more than 5 mins which my action information will be updated. Other issue let say l am trying to open mu credit account section during opening that section my screen flashing the page like trying to load. Literally it İs flashing. At night this is so disturbing. Some part of application is Polish and some part of application is English. Very confusing. Even l can speak both languages. It makes my eyes tired. To much information in one page. Many clicks to reach one section. Example. I have one saving account, from my home page l click saving account ikon and l land the saving account section and again l need to click saving account ikon to reach my saving account section. Probably it has been made while thinking user may have more saving accounts. But you could put logic if there is no multiple saving accounts then user should land to that account.
