Let me leave my 2.5 hr wait for a cold burger aside and focus on the App design. Probably the biggest flaw is the fact that you fill out your address as part of the onboarding process, then half of it is excluded on the delivery note. The driver sees half the address and “surprise”, when he cannot find you?  Beginners mistake Steers. Then comes the &#34;process&#34;. You see your order timestamp on the App ticking along up to an hour, then it just stops. Probably designed with the expectation that is cannot take over an hour?  It does. 2.5 to 3 hrs. C&#39;mon designers. Put in an alert to somebody who cares that this order is out of SLA, assuming there is one. Then comes the contact phone number/email  which nobody answers. Another rookie error. If your customer has to phone they are probably &#34;gatvol&#34;. If the number does not work (intentionally?), then have a hot key in the App to connect to a call center or something?  No answer is unacceptable. I could keep on about little design issues such as orange writing on a white background, but someone in marketing will say &#34;it&#39;s Steers colors&#34;. Yes it is, but any professional designer will try some UX CX testing and see that it&#39;s Flippin unreadable? Then there is the service that supports the app. If I Uber then I rate my experience. Try it? Steers delivery experience is just terrible , so other than moaning about the App in the ratings area (here), there is nowhere to let management know just how bad it is. Yes, I tried to email the &#34;info@steers&#34; address, but guess what? No reply. Maybe the management is the problem, but probably just never sees it? Unless you go out, and add a new shake later in the order process. Also don&#39;t try and make one small and one big. Because that will require extra effort. What a hassle. Home delivery should be easier than ordering at the counter. You are not there yet. Also not sure if you get two burgers on the special or not. The price looks like two, but is this what they are going to send?
