Would add this one suggestion for iOS widgets. I am a heavy tech user and am often curious about my data usage on the go ( might as well take this as a at-a-glance habit ) I have tried my way to add a widget to my Home Screen wherein I can get all the information which I might need in just one look (for example : how much of data I have left for the day to use on cellular network or how much I have used yet) but the app restricts to show only data plan information on the widget and (I guess) is limited to it. I immediately called Jio customer care to refund the balance amount after keeping one month charges but the reply was, we don’t have the refund policy. I forced him to let me talk to senior but no one was available,again I called next day. Reply from senior was same. We don’t have the refund policy, but you will be answered within 48 hours. But after 48 hours, I haven’t received any call, even no complaint number was not provided to me, which I suppose to get by SMS the I tried with nodal officer. I made three calls in first two calls When I gave the complaint, they disconnected the call. in Third call, she lodged the complaint and gave me the complaint number along with email ID to register a complaint. Now I have to try my luck. Whether I will get my money back or no, how can such a big company can’t refund the amount?
