You guys supposed to give us another option on how to log , for instance using our emails that we used when we open account or log back in using our mobile app login. If I can’t have access to my account, tell me of what benefit is this your update because it’s not making sense to me being logged out of my mobile app just because you did an update. I’m not even in Nigeria now tell me what I’m supposed to do now . If this issue cannot be resolved that means any time I’m in Nigeria, I have to look for another bank to be banking with. I must admit that it’s been pretty good to navigate the app to conduct several and different tasks. It’s worked quite well while transferring money into my savings account from either in Nigeria or while in California. I haven’t had a problem using the app to perform fx transfers from my First Bank $ account into my Naira account. I’ve also used the app to buy and send data to folks in Nigeria. So, notwithstanding the issues noted by other users, I must say I haven’t experienced any of them, and it could be that they experienced their issues way back.
