They are easy fixes to the user. However, this bug needs you to reinstall the app to make it gone. Sometime the voice message that is sent from another user just won’t play. It keeps showing you it is under downloading and asking you to retry it a couple of seconds later. It will never be downloaded either played. When this happens, you will know that you cannot send any voice message either. The only fix I found so far is to reinstall the app. It is really annoying. Please fix this first.
