At first they said they were help less as the problem was I myself had transferred the amount to the scammer so they said they couldn’t help as the bank would take this as an matter of negligence from the customer ( the branch manager and home branch couldn’t help or didn’t even care . But after 2 or 3 calls to the customer care a lady understood the issue and I don’t really know her name but god she did take this Matter up and tadaaa in 20 days I got the complete funds back . Without even filing an FIR . Trust me I do a lot of transactions using many banking services but never ever I have felt so much happy . This federal bank really values their customers. I am forever grateful to the customer service team of the bank for doing such a great service. I praise the lady who called me and told that she will take this matter up on behalf of me and she really did such a wonderful job. I wish federal bank gives good credit to their customer care department.  Good job guys you make India and Indians proud .
