Trying to do so via SMS didn’t work either. We couldn’t even get the list of nearest Mer charging stations, only one of many attempts would work. We very lucky to have a Fortum charging station in 5 minutes drive, and their service works reliably, otherwise we would be in a serious trouble, as we had about 10% battery left.
