The problem is that almost no one speaks English, and the agent always says that an english speaking colleague will call, but no one ever does. I tried several times. The process should be automated. I tried to redo the operation but instead got a notif for the old transaction, which was marked as invalid and the new transaction nowhere to be seen. I have no idea what happened but this application royally sucks from the get go.
