The instructions are nice and i love the explanations of how to find the right muscles (e.g. analogy with the zipper). The categorization of contractions also helps to implement them easier in every day life (it is not just simple kegels). The sound does not alway play correctly. The most disturbing is that old lady though. This is mocking all of us having injuries from giving birth. Most physiotherapists in Sweden recommend this app for these injuries we are certainly quite a few young women using this.
