The app does not even have all my policies. No improvement in services at all. Mails take ages to be acknowledged. Even my policy that had long matured was being credited with another of my policies premium while the current premium has not been credited for months. Despite 22 mails they have refused to read, acknowledge or even refund my money they are depositing in an already matured policy.
