Other than the issues with the login, whenever I try to pay there is an issue. App gets blocked and I cannot retry. I have to wait 15 minutes and then if I don't succeed, another 15 minutes and so on. Also, I had my card in the list and then removed it. Even if on Revolut I cancelled the subcription, it kept trying to get my money until I blocked all payments to PPC.
