I have never been able to adjust the photo of the declaration to send as all I can see is a black screen. When sending the declaration fails you get no message as to why it failed, it must have something to do with the quality of the attached photo but no further info is given. Another shortcoming is that the app can't be used to view communication between user and health insurer so you always have to login to their website to see this and the outcome of your declaration. This was all possible with the app of my previous health insurer, which also had a PIN for logging in and an option to see the health insurance cards of all the family members, very useful if you need the numbers when at the hospital etc. In short, a rather restricted app that only allows you to do a few things but for others you still to use the
