If I go to a gasoline station where they have the handheld credit card machines and they run the debit card, I'm asked for my pin, most of the time my pin won't work. What they have to resort to is doing a tap payment which requires none of these security features. It's not really clear if I use my regular pin or I have to gather up a dynamic pin to use while I'm out at certain places.
