One must almost always login all the way again each time you want to connect, including the entry of your login name, country where are you located etc. That it highly inconvienient as it takes you a minute or two before you can start brewing your coffee. Once you're in it's acceptable at best, but leaves a general feeling that this feature had to be added with no budget left. Try to create a new drink, there's zero coffee quantity and it can't be changed. Try to customize from an existing one, and it will do things like send it over with only milk and no coffee in it. Very clunky and awful. Have tried contacting support but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm going to try calling on Monday. For the price of this machine and the fact that this is a major advertise feature, there's no excuse for it to be this faulty and
