Spesso si impalla. Sono stata più di un giorno per prenotare una visita, poiché mi dava sempre un messaggio di prenotazione in sospeso che effettivamente non avevo effettuato. Rimane comunque uno strumento valido per le prenotazioni. Il problema è la scarsa disponibilità del servizio offerto dalle Asl che porta a prenotare le visite anche a distanza di un anno. Il meccanismo di prenotazione è lentissimo nel rispondere e richiede due conferme. Si può scegliere la prima data disponibile, non sempre prossima, o altre, anche scegliendo un determinato centro; si può anche cercare nelle altre ASL se i tempi sono lunghi, ovviamente con aggravio di spese di viaggio e di tempo. Arriva la conferma via email per ticket ed eventuali prescrizioni
