There is no customer service or any direct contact to the company and have not given a reply on this matter. They scammed all our money. Please take legal actions against them. We usually trade by turning on the AI button. It’s depended on us if we want to switch on the button or not. But while they did the final scam, they automatically turned on the AI button which was off and did the trading. And preteded it to be a huge loss while a broker can anytime stop the trading considering the loss. But they didn’t stop. Why would they?
