Update: After two months of repeated follow-ups they laid down cable properly. We could only select from two available options one of which is internet not working. When this is selected because there are no other way, the customer care wrongly assumes that problem is with internet when the actual issue could be something like low speed. Adding to the woes, the customer care doesn't update the ticket's status and keep many of them open forever. The connectivity was good for some time, but from the last 6 months to 1 year; situation has changed. Very poor connectivity issues have started. Very frequent disconnectivity issues every now and then. I reached their service team and they gave a very silly reason which I have never heard from any of the service providers.
