It began asking me to verify that I am a Metro subscriber, which I am. It sends a verification code via SMS and after I enter it is when the error occurs. It says it's unable to verify my number and closes. I called Metro which was a horrible waste of time. They couldn't say what happened when I've been using the service and app since 2019!
