Great for people struggling with food, how to change habits, what you eat. Food is normal not really diet food. App isn't great, it doesn't update my steps/movement properly doesn't connect to my fitness tracker can't adjust the meals to suit the amount of people in you house hold which for a busy mum is impractical and makes it hard to follow the plan. The google app activity blocks updates from my fitness watch. It does not pick up all activities. There is nothing tracking ones water intake.
