Well, I reached the minimum withdrawal point for etherium. However, i allowed the app to continue. That was a big mistake. It reset my etherium amount AND my plan. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy about this. Plus, customer service is apparently unreachable. Guess nobody is home. They have yet to respond.
