You can't redeem fire rewards online or in-person. it's now 5/6 and the app is still broken. You can't use fire rewards, and now when you try it won't allow you to remove the item from the \"bag\" so you have to start your order all over again. Calling the 1-800 number, like the reply I got below, will not fix the issue.
