An additional tap on the field is needed to launch the keypad but places the cursor at the end of the field's existing value. A guided breathing exercise helps you relax before taking a blood pressure reading. Five cycles of slow breathing — about one minute. Stress and anxiety can raise your reading by 10–20 points, so a calmer measurement is a more accurate one. No other app on Android includes this.
