When I was a new customer, the product was priced at a fair price but now when the product is expired Knowlarity is charging me way too high. When I asked, why I am getting charged more for the same thing, they are saying they offered a huge discount last year which they can't give again. I was never informed that I am getting a discount at the time of purchase which won't be available at the renewal. Now, since the company knows I am tied up with them & it's difficult to port the numbers and which can hamper my business they are using all opportunities to fool and cheat me. Moreover, the sales guys are ruthless & rude with bossy nature. If you try to convince them to have a fair price then they don't entertain and ask you to switch to some other company.
