It's sad that a lot of us are providing feedback but nothing is being done to address this. How's what you devs should do: Have a button that a person can press to start the trip recording. Your initial method doesn't work. Instead of making the app run as a background process, extend your auth-z to retain the connection. Or record the entire trip, then sync later. I have to log a claim but phoned 6 times allready and did not get to speak with somene from home insarance. When you do get through to someone it is the wrong department then they transfer you also. This is really a hasstle trying to log a claim if you need to speak with someone. Rather cancell your insurance with them. I had a wall fall over and they did not honor my claim.. They say it was build bad.. but the financed that bad
