The customer service is appalling and I am now being charged for EXTRA rental per day having never even taken the car. Awful experience. Their whole operations are designed to cheat you. They charge you 100 BHD as deposit fees but do not tell you up front that it takes 30 days for them to refund the money. They also do not mention this anywhere in the invoice. They have some convoluted method where they apparently keep this money in a wallet in their app and you can claim in after 30 days.
