The ui isn't consistent as it seems like a gradual release which causes confusion for the user. I don't know why many times product teams decide to make nice ui, but the product doesn't work well. I kept trying to get a doctor asap and it crashed each time. thankfully Whatsapp support was nice and doctor I found was nice as well. It is not that difficult to build things well (I'm an engineer and engineering manager).
