Run away from them! I'm being honest here... When you try to repay via debit card, it won't work. So you will have to try again. When you do so, you will be secretly debited twice of your repayment amount. The app may only reflect one of the two repayment amounts you were debited for. I tried calling customer care, no response. I tried contacting them by email, they responded and promised to refund the excess amount within 7 days which they never did. The app also very easy to navigate aside from the long registration processes. But you guys need to stop charging fines even when one still have some few days to repay, the next thing, you'll see an update with an extra charge, I hate that. You can please hold on for the last three or two days it's call breathtaking or cooling period before the due date. Then you can dropped all the extra fine on top of the original loan taken on the due date..
