Both of them went through with no issues or need to contact any customer service. I started off playing thinking hey after a few days I'll earn something. But the minumum cash out is $20 and I've been stuck at $10. Watching it go up by 5 to 7 points/cents here and there. Plus a lot of ads to watch, it can be disheartening. Also tons of ads. After every round or level there's an ad.
