With the exception of a couple of countries where it just didn't work it has been very reliable. In the cases where it didn't work they were quick to refund us. Needed technical support on a few occasions to make it work properly and their WhatsApp support has been quick and reliable. Not always the fastest connection, and sometimes only get 3g, but it has proved to be worthwhile and on the whole I would
