I sent a mail with a screenshot of the error I encountered and within 4 hours it was resolved and I was able to access and navigate the app. Just supply the correct enrollee ID and password, you are good to go. As a first time user it would not accept my Enrollee number and year of birth to login - it keeps saying they are wrong.
