There are no recipe cards so you have to use the app, but figuring out what is what is difficult. No clear instructions, labels thst show what goes with what meal. The prep is ridiculous, don't expect these meals to be a time or money saver. If you really want to make meals like this, you're better off getting a recipe and going to the store to get all the ingredients instead of some of them as these boxes require. The app is the same as Dinnerly (same company).
