If you're from the US, the US isn't in the list, you select Stati Uniti, not intuitive for USers. Once you've entered travel companions details once, they're easily added to new tickets. We only saw a ticket inspector once, they want the qr code for them to scan. To improve: if your journey has train changes, the change doesn't show on the ticket unless you open it, in the list it looks like a direct connection.
