I made an account, used it for awhile, then all of a sudden it wouldn't allow me to make any more transactions. Kept receiving errors. So I opened another account. Have used it for a while, now it won't accept payments either. And you can't even delete your account. These programs are junk but we have no choice because the prisons use these programs for putting money on their books and for the phone so they don't care if they work or not.
